Hiiiiii! Oh my gosh, leg day was KILLER!! I just had to say that first! How did you fare after this mornings workout??
I can’t believe it’s already week 3 day 1. I sure hope that you are starting this week off dreaming about your goals instead of dreading the hard work that you have to do to get their. If you can change your mindset, you can change your life! So keep focusing on the positive instead of dreading the work that needs to be done to get there.

Oh man, I still can’t over leg day. My legs have always been stronger than my upper body but today they were on the struggle bus. The circuit was sooo hard. I can’t wait until it’s not so hard. Not because I want it to be easy but because I want to get better!
How are your legs doing after this mornings workout?
You’ve probably noticed that my run wasn’t my best today. My legs were super tight from the morning workout. Really the only thing that matters is that I still got out there and did something. I didn’t let any excuses get in the way of me getting out and trying my best.
If you can’t do everything that is on the fitness plan for the week, it’s okay. Just get up and do something! Don’t let the fact that you can’t do it all stop you from doing something because one day you will be able to go above and beyond.
You are what you eat
If you eat unhealthy, you will be unhealthy. When you eat empty calorie foods, you will feel empty. If you don’t fuel your body your body won’t be able to achieve what even you want it to achieve. So are you fueling your body?
Today, I feel like I did pretty well fueling my body. I am still slacking on the multivitamin. Tomorrow, I am going to out the container of them out on the counter tonight to I will see it in the morning and hopefully actually take it.
I have noticed that my cravings have gotten few and far between which is soooo nice. Yay, to less telling myself that I don’t want something. I actually don’t want it! That really helped when I was offered cookies and brownies at work today!
