Happy Friday!! How did your Week 2 Day 5 go??
I don’t know about you but I am so excited it’s the weekend! I’m also a little excited because I went back and compared my workouts from this week and saw that I am making progress each and every day. Have you gone and compared your notes? It’s important to celebrate those small wins. It will give you a little motivation boost. When you do, share your small wins with us so we can celebrate with you!

Running farther and faster! Starting to think that maybe one day I could run a marathon. Might be a new goal of mine!

So I have come to realize that I have much more motivation to workout in the afternoon than I do in the morning. I think it has something to do with 5:00 am is soooo early!! Who’s with me??
That means that my morning workouts are a STRUGGLE. It’s all I can do to just get a start on it let alone push myself too crazy hard. Hopefully after I get in the habit of getting up that early I will be able to push myself a little bit harder than I can now.
The afternoon workout on the other hand. I am killing it. At least I feel like I am and that’s all that matters. Today I ran the WHOLE time again. I did slow down my pace after about a mile but only for a short amount of time. Even with that I ran the same distance in a little less time than yesterday! #smallwin
The Hardest Part
For me, fighting cravings and eating healthy is the hardest part. Especially when my husband isn’t so concerned with what he eats. He was complaining the other day because he wanted a big breakfast and I was just eating oatmeal. Haha He said he’s gonna starve!
Oh well, at least I’ll be healthy! See that’s why I need you! At least you get it and will push me.
We did have a change of plans tonight. Instead of making dinner tonight we are going out to eat. (I mean we have gift cards, so we’ve gotta use them) One important thing to think about when eating out is what and how much you are eating. It’s easy to overeat when you eat out. So I would suggest to focus on all the options and try to go with the healthiest meal, then fill up on the healthy options first, and don’t forget to only eat about half of whatever you chose. Restaurants always give you way too much food. That’s what I did tonight!
