Preparing for Week 6

Whew, after this past week I am soooo ready to start another week. To say that I fell off the wagon a little would be an understatement. Hopefully you were able to keep on track a little better than I was. When I am sick, I seriously have zero will power and can’t turn down crappy food. So being sick this whole week was killer. I’m just ready to put it past me and start fresh. Are you ready to start preparing for week 6?

Preparing for Week 6

Thank goodness that each week can be a fresh start. Don’t worry about last week just focus on what you will do this week. You can do it, so go out there and prove it. That’s what I am planning on doing!

Don’t forget to make a small goal for yourself!

This week my goal is to wake up each and every morning and do my morning workout. I’ve not been so great at that recently and it really is the most important workout. To make this easier on myself I will be in bed by 9:00 pm each night this week. That sounds soooo early but when you wake up at 5:00 it’s important to lay down early to give yourself time to fall asleep.

I have noticed when I get to bed at a decent time it is a lot easier for me to wake up. (You are probably thinking, “No DUH”)

Yoga Routine

I am going to use the same Yoga routine this week! Find the link below

Yoga is great for strengthening and stretching muscles. It is a great whole body workout that also helps you increase your flexibility. You will need a yoga mat and I suggest having a yoga block. (I just bought a new one at T.J.Maxx for $4.00!!) It will help you modify poses that you aren’t quite ready to perform fully. I still use a yoga block, no shame!

More Preparing…

Like I said earlier, each new week is a fresh start. Don’t let the mistakes from last week get you down. Forget about those and focus on the week ahead. The only thing that you can do is work harder this week. This week I am going to focus on getting to bed earlier and waking up every morning to get my morning workouts in. All that matters is where I go from here. Not the mistakes that have already been made.
